We're seeking an experienced manager with a flair for high-end service and an excellent knowledge of cocktails!
This is a full time role located in Civic. You'll be working for a well known company with an established client base. We are looking for someone who will really take ownership of the bar, it's important that you get to know your customers and build a rapport with them. The focus at the moment is to really lift the standard in the bar n that responsibility is going to rest on you. The key improvements are going to be:
The Style - We want a creative person with a knack for whipping up cocktails and someone with a flair for writing their own menu's.
The Service - The company is high-end and the expectation is that the service is flawless. It's up to you to make sure everyone is maintaining this standard consistently and to ensure that the service is polished and efficient.
There is a generous salary on offer for the right candidate, circa $50,000+. This company is a great place to work, they have excellent staff retention and opportunities with this company tend to get snapped up fairly quick.
If you have bar management experience and you want an actual career, this is an excellent opportunity. We need someone who is committed and going to put in a genuine effort each day. This type of role does require a lot of focus as well as passion for the industry. You'll need to be personable, able to handle high pressure situations and be a leader for the team.
